Wrong university warning

Hi everyone,

I have linked my department's academic email with github, but in the github education page there is a warning that the email used is only linked to the university and not the specific department, prompting me to reverify. That, however, is impossible due to the time constraint.
I wonder if this is the reason why I still don't have my benefits. Any help?
