Error 404 when create tree with .github folder in the path

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a bug when I request the create tree route passing into the body a path that contains ".github" at the beginning of the string.

Here are my tests:

When I request the API with this body, I got a 404 response without any error message

"tree": [
    {
        "path":".github/workflows/pipeline-cd.yaml",
        "mode":"100644",
        "type":"blob",
        "sha":"ANY_SHA"
    }
]

If I put the dot as unicode instead of the charactere, I still got a 404 response

        "path":"\u002Egithub/workflows/pipeline-cd.yaml",
    }

But, when I remove the dot (.), I got a 201 response (success)

        "path":"github/workflows/pipeline-cd.yaml",
    }

If I keep the dot and change the folder name, I still got a 201 response (success)

        "path":".mygithub/workflows/pipeline-cd.yaml",
    }

I'm using the version 2022-11-28

I am also facing the same issue
