Intellisense infinite loading

Hi all,

With the GitHub Copilot plugin enabled intellisense keeps loading, duebto this issue I cant go to references, anyone a update or solution?

I use latest vscode and copilot version.
Workstation Macbook pro M1

Have the same issue on VS Code with github copilot enabled for typescript project.
Intellisense is stuck at loading, you cannot see the reference of a variable/method conveniently anymore.
This severely hinders coding capability.

This also is not related to ts version used by Intellisense, tried changing the version to workspace version, or using the nightly ts version extension. None would work.

When I disable the copilot plugin, then Intellisense works normally again.

Same experience in VS Code in a turborepo expo typescript project, Windows 11. Tried diff typescript versions and restarting in multiple ways, then going through every extension to figure out if something is causing it and GitHub Copilot/Chat seems to be the culprit.

*Seems like ts is often stuck on Analyzing "file name", "scheme":"range"} and it's dependencies [...] whenever it's on

Is there a way to disable just one of Copilot or the Chat instead of the bundle?

Same here, I had this problem yesterday, I told my teammates about it, but it seems I was the only one affected. I tried downgrading vscode and even the Copilot plugin, but nothing worked. I disabled Copilot and everything went back to normal.

What helps is to clear all the chat history in your workspaces and then reload the window. Till it happens again and then the cycle start again...

same here, it's driving me crazy and stopping me from doing my job, tsx + react in nextjs project. When I use copilot atleast one time, all vscode breaks and cannot load intellisense and tsx starts to analyzing the entire project for some reason
