In 'Contributions' filtering by organization increments year for unauthorized user for public profile

I have stucked with the issue that increments the contribution year when trying to filter by organzations. This happens only for unauthorized user.

lets choose the last year (2024)

Select any of three organizations

We can see that the year is became 2025

If we unselect the filter

Now we can see that year is now 2026!

OS: Windows 11
