Application for Student Developer Pack has been denied multiple times.

Hi everyone,

I am a homeschooled student, and trying to apply for the student developer pack. I am not in any official classes other than my homeschool and I also attend a local co-op. I provided an image of a dated official letter from the local school system on their letterhead stating specifically that I am currently active in homeschooling, and the letter contained the school system name (frederick county public schools) at the bottom AND the top of the page. I keep getting denied with these reasons:

The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation.
Your image contains keywords indicating that it may be an acceptance letter. Only proof of current academic enrollment is acceptable.

I have wanted this pack for a long time and am frustrated that I cannot get verified.
