I can't use github search when using starlink

Hi,
since a week or so I can't use the github search any more. I always get "whoa you are hitting a secondary rate limit". I am behind a starlink IP that presumably is in some kind of blacklist, because I only use github search once or twice a week. I already contacted starlink with this request, but it seems they cannot take any action on this.

same problem and i am not on starlink; It's a new bug, never happened before;
To test, close your github session and try this example URL:

I ran into this problem using "t-mobile home internet" (which I think shares an IPv4 across different users)...kinda disconcerting to get a hand slap message the first time you use search "Whoa there!
You have exceeded a secondary rate limit.

Please wait a few minutes before you try again;
in some cases this may take up to an hour."

...maybe could at least add a message like "login to make search work" ? :)
