Hi,
since a week or so I can't use the github search any more. I always get "whoa you are hitting a secondary rate limit". I am behind a starlink IP that presumably is in some kind of blacklist, because I only use github search once or twice a week. I already contacted starlink with this request, but it seems they cannot take any action on this.
