Unable to access github searches [Secondary rate limit - for a more than a day]

Im unable to currently access github searches currently.
Keep getting "Secondary rate limit" reached for more than a day.
Could you pls let me know when might it get reverted.
Seems from headers, I saw revert in 60. But it doesnt really seem to happen.
Any ideas?
