Github Lists is a great feature. I'm using the default Inspiration list GIthub have provided to store project repositories I'm currently making use of say as a library in a project somewhere or similar and I have a custom list called "Current Obsession" which is motivated towards keeping me focussed on one hobby project at a time.
I'd personally like the ability to pin these lists to my Profile in the same way that one can pin repositories they've created, because I think it's a nice way to summarise to others what you are currently interested in or focussed on.
