As stated in the question, I have applied for over a week, but I have not received the benefits, nor have I received any confirmation email. I am sure that my application process was correct, as shown in the attached image. After uploading my student proof, I received an "approved" in web page, but I still can't use the benefits. Could you please advise me on how to proceed?

Don't worry, you don't have to do anything, just wait. The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @hsien622 was approved and your benefits are now available.

Do not hesitate, two days ago i applied for mine as well, after 24h i got it aproved.

As @davevad93 said, it depends on the volume of requests they are receiving.
