I am writing to inquire about the status of my student verification. It has been five days since my verification was approved, but I am still unable to access the student benefits.

Could you please provide me with an update on when I can expect to gain access? If there are any additional steps I need to take or further information required from my end, please let me know.

Hi @Nasangjoon ,

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @Nasangjoon was approved and your benefits are now available.
