Why can't I upload my Student ID as an image and I have to use my webcam or my phone's front camera?

Hi everyone,

When I try to upload my Student ID to my school that's no in GitHub students, I need to use my webcam who is HORRIBLE or my phone but only the selfie camera works (and not the front) so I cannot take a normal picture or upload it? its also in my language and I can't verify, PLEASE someone help me, I want to use my benefits but I can't verify my self, I'm a student in 2 colleges in one I only have email without ID (which is in my profile, and the college is registered in the program, but it asks for a status which I have no idea what it is), and the other college is not registered but its only available in using webcam or selfie camera with bad quality and I cannot use my Student ID with it because it doesn't detect it for some reason... can I verify it for someone who will be able to give me the benefits to my profile? please!
