Aquaterm Framework not found

Hi,
I'm trying to install gnudatalanguage with plotting and widgets enabled, this requires plplot to be re-built with wxwidgets enabled. I've managed to get all dependencies for this to work, except for Aquaterm. Building fails with :
ld: framework not found AquaTerm

I've got Aquaterm installed from homebrew, but t doesn't seem to be on any path that homebrew looks for when building plplot. I'm not too sure of the innerworkings of homebrew, so any advice for how to get it to include / link against aquaterm would be appreciated.
