The new requirements are:
It has to copy the existing orientations for the reaction wheels.
It needs to interface with the OreSat structure. (i.e., it should either attach to a PCB of the appropriate shape or offer protrusions of the same shape/thickness. It should not collide with the slots/connectors of the structure or the backplane.)
It needs to be manufacturable.
It can't outgas.
It should not be affected by UV light.
It should probably be 'grounded' to the structure.
I imagine machining it out of aluminum, FR4, G10, or something similar would be best.
