os-telegraf - OpenTelemetry Output configuration

Describe the bug
The OpenTelemetry section in de Output configuration page contains a field called OpenTelemetry Server. If I enter the ip address and port number as shown in the field help (when I click on the i), the Telegraf agent logs an "invalid TOML syntax" error. I looked at the generated conf file and I noticed missing quotes. Then I entered the address using quotes, e.g. "192.168.0.1:4317" and the agent does start normally.

To Reproduce
Enter the address of the OpenTelemetry server without quotes

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to enter the address of my OpenTelemetry server as shown in the field help.
