Bumping this old issue.

Recently we had a problem because an OpenTok server bug caused all API calls to hang, as a result, in our downstream application things were hanging as well, because we were waiting on those opentok calls.

It would be great to be able to set the timeout to something more reasonable, the default i think is 100 seconds (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/embedded/ee436612%28v%3dmsdn.10%29). Perhaps expose a property on OpenTok / HttpClient to set the timeout. Or at least hardcode the timeout to something more reasonable.
