What versions of software are you using?

Operating System:
All supported

Output of odo version:
master

How did you run odo exactly?

Default java:8 ocp images registry.redhat.io/redhat-openjdk-18/openjdk18-openshift:latest are failed to import. Currently we are using specific version 1.8 to run the tests. We will revert back once https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1945281 has been fixed.

Actual behavior

Not able to import registry.redhat.io/redhat-openjdk-18/openjdk18-openshift:latest images.

Expected behavior

Any logs, error output, etc?

Work around pr #4569
