-what is the diference between

https://github.com/opensciencemap/VectorTileMap/tree/master/VectorTileMap
and
https://github.com/opensciencemap/vtm-android

is there a example to use this library.

VectorTileMap repository is an old state before splitting the library and application.

vtm-android is an android library project. https://github.com/opensciencemap/vtm-app-simple provides an example application. Just import both projects in eclipse
