Can't upload picture

Hi,

I was setting up my openML account and editing my profile. However, when editing, the picture upload button does not work.
The button itself states "Upload (Not Supported)". I can still click on the button and select an image, but nothing happens afterward (i.e. it doesn't actually upload the image). No messages are returned either, so not sure whether this is due to me selecting an incompatible image size/format (I doubt it) or whether this is an issue with the website.
