We are starting to introduce Rust language into our ecosystem and we have detected SonarQube requires enabling Rust from the officially community supported Rust extension.

Describe the solution you'd like
To enable Rust in SonarQube one just needs to add another extension at https://github.com/opendevstack/ods-core/blob/master/sonarqube/docker/Dockerfile#L58.
The extension is this one https://github.com/elegoff/sonar-rust
