I'm thinking a decentralized, user is in charge, identity system should be able to bootstrap based on current OpenID Connect providers (especially the big behemoths FB and gmail/gplus ).
Would be useful to standardize vocabulary around a claim such as
"3rd party website" {{blahblah.net}} verified identity of {{new oepncreds id for Costin Cozianu}} against {{ccozianu at gmail}} on {{2016-01-05 10:00:00 UTC}}
In a web of trust scenarion having these attached to a decentralized identity is surely better than nothing.
Should this also port and inter-operate with PGP keys ?
