I was looking for how the scraped information is exposed but it looks like the OpenCivicData API has been deprecated. Are these scrapers deployed? Is there a replacement for the OpenCivicData API ? |

I also setup the project using Pipenv. If there is interest in using Pipenv I can make a separate PR for that. |

Creates an initial version of a Nashville scraper.
There are still improvements to be made but I was able to successfully run the scraper and store the currently scraped pages.
