There's this site which is hosting my fork of https://github.com/opencivicdata/docs.opencivicdata.org. I just created this PR opencivicdata/docs.opencivicdata.org#111 which would let us host docs site here: https://open-civic-data.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ |

The current link to https://opencivicdata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/proposals/0002.html has been down (possibly hacked?) for ages, I believe this link points to the correct doc.
