würde auch in den Sätzen beginnend mit Rolle einen vollständigen Satz formulieren
Im Moment ist noch unklar, dass die Rolle durch eine Person aus einer Organisation abgedeckt wird. Das Subjekt "sie" aus die Rolle ist verwirrend

Metatdaten: evt. diesen Begriff auch noch definieren?
Distribution braucht es nicht mehr als Titel, da er bereits in Ressource vorkommt
Datensatz

unklar, warum der Titel Datensatz heisst, aber nachher die Rede ist von Metadatensatz. Gibt es da eine wichtige Unterscheidung?
