We'd like to grow the user docs for C++ on opentelemetry.io, as a very first thing we need a "Getting Started" page, that provides installation instructions and a quick&easy way for end-users to get a sample application instrumented

Assuming that there is no automatic instrumentation for c++ yet, here are 2 other languages that currently have a manual instrumentation as getting started:
