Node SDK declares `@opentelemetry/context-async-hooks` as a dev dependency instead of a dependency

The node SDK lists @opentelemetry/context-async-hooks in devDependencies, but it's used as a non-type import. I think this needs to be moved to dependencies to install it properly when the SDK is installed.

Hi @camdencheek, thank you for reporting this.

I think @opentelemetry/sdk-trace-node (which we depend on directly) would still pull in @opentelemetry/context-async-hooks as a transitive dependency do this should not cause any direct issues where the package completely unavailable after install.

In any case, I do agree that we should list it as a direct dependency since we're using it directly now.
