fix(release): remove k8s-cache from release artifacts

k8s-cache binary does not need to be included in the released archive.

Side note: it was added in #1242.

LGTM! Yeah I think that makes sense, it should be deployed through the helm chart and be it's own artifact image we publish for people to install with YAML deployments in K8s.
