featureflagservice Docker build fails on ARM64

On my machine (Docker Desktop on Windows with WSL) running docker compose build featureflagservice passes.

Running docker compose build featureflagservice --no-cache --pull passed as well.

I tried to remove cache-from but it have not helped. See 36721f6

hey @pellared, not answering your question, but bringing more wood to the fire 😅
We have the current issue opened related to the FeatureFlagService: #882
What caught my attention was that you mentioned that:

Windows 10 Enterprise but I do not think it matters...

EDIT: I know see that the failures I get are related to ARM64

Closing this issue because also the github builder is now running fine, for example #1237.
