There are two remaining things, otherwise it is done.

1. @yiyang0 I've invited you to the @open-telemetry/go-compile-instrumentation-approvers group, however, you need to become a member of OpenTelemetry first. Please follow the instructions here https://github.com/open-telemetry/community/blob/main/guides/contributor/membership.md#member. Once you're done, you can accept the invite. (if you don't have the invite, try to be a Member first, and ping me on Slack).
2. This PR should be merged Add CODEOWNERS file opentelemetry-go-compile-instrumentation#2 by the @open-telemetry/go-compile-instrumentation-maintainers.
