最近使用open-minos时，alarm组件发送邮件失败，日志提示：send mail fail x509: certificate signed by unknown authority。上网查询发现可能是smtp.126.com:25服务器，返回了 STARTTLS了，没有PLAIN 方式，所以出现这个报错。望修复...
