Related to #26 we can first add the option to use the field names in a given language for the column headers, instead of the field paths. (From 2020-02 retreat)

This is available in the "Schema version" dropdown for Spanish: https://toucan.open-contracting.org/to-spreadsheet/

I'll create a new issue to make it clearer where to select the language.
