datasets vs. downloads

I think the name "downloads" might be misleading. A dataset can have multiple downloads, not downloads by users but versions of the same dataset downloaded on different dates.
The front page reads "36 datasets and counting!" but if count every "download" the number is way bigger.
We might need to better define dataset and also probably change "download" to "version"
