Contributing

Code that is relevant outside the context of building the documentation may belong in OCDS Kit. OCDS-specific Sphinx directives should be written in sphinxcontrib-opencontracting. Generic Sphinx directives should be written in sphinxcontrib-opendataservices. The Sphinx theme is standard_theme.
