Multi-platform: disable links in webviews for multi-platform app

We will be using webviews from Explorer for measurement detail views in the new multiplatform app.

We don't want users to navigate away from the measurement detail page from within the mulitiplatform app and get 'lost' elsewhere on explorer. So we should disable any links that will take a user away from the measurement detail page. Screenshot is included with an example of the links.
