Consolidate virtualization libraries

We're using 2 different virtualisation libraries (react-virtualized and react-virtual) but we should remove the one that is not maintained anymore. As part of this work, react-window can be evaluated if perhaps it's more suitable for our needs and in this case be a replacement for those that are currently in our codebase.
