relocate global toggle for coordinatea

Global toggle for coordinates is in the game menu, when all other items in that menu pertain to the specific game.

Expected behavior
Make None an option in board label lettering

If i'm understanding correctly, the ask is to add a dropdown option for board label lettering to be none so that, by default, every game would load without coordinates so that you don't have to manually turn them off each game.

If i misunderstand, please correct me.
