Update the bridge NFT to EVM process, integrating with custom associations

Once the bridge can store custom associations between Cadence Types and EVM addresses, the process to bridge NFTs into EVM will need to be integrated to facilitate the movement of NFTs as their proper, up-to-date EVM implementation.
