Update the Go bridge standup script

The Go standup script used to deploy and integrate bridge contracts post-Crescendo is out of sync with changes since contract deployment. This script should be updated to reflect the current state of the bridge as well as prepare for #18 and onflow/flow-emulator#782. Specifically related to onflow/flow-emulator#782, this script should update its dependencies to prevent any potential circular dependencies encountered once the contracts are embedded in the emulator. This may mean swapping out Overflow in favor of flow-go-sdk.
