Allow to upload raw image in editor and crop/resize it directly in editor.
Flow:

select pre-defined frame or specify dimensions for new one
zoom in/out image within frame (image width/height should be bigger than frame always)
move image behind frame (frame position on web-page is fixed)
"fix/commit size" button
