OMI_physics_body: Add explicit compound triggers instead of implicit ones.

Discussed and merged with 3 approvals: #206

This resolves one of the differences between OMI physics extension (OMI_physics_body) and Eoin/Microsoft's physics extension (KHR_physics_rigid_bodies) by implementing compound triggers.
