BwoserSync not working on older project after installing new project #779

How can this bug be reproduced?

Working on a project made with FoundationPress 2.6.1 and browser-sync-client.2.11.1.js
Creating a new project fro gitHub with FoundationPress 2.6.1 but with apparently browser-sync-client.2.11.2.js
JS error in old project, cannot find browser-sync-client.2.11.1.js
So rename to browser-sync-client.2.11.2.js but even if no error, no refresh like it supposed to do...
