this being hardcoded in _top-bar.scss

All contents of the folder named bower_components reflects the Foundation's default settings. You can override the default settings in the settings file. (Remember to have grunt running in the background, so your changes are written to app.css.

The error you are referring to is obtained from Zurbs Foundation main repository. See here.. If you believe this is wrong, they are always happy to receive pull requests.

I will always ensure that FoundationPress is in sync with the latest release of the Foundation :)
