Off-canvas doesn't work because the NAV element also has a data-accordion-menu attribute. (The same attribute is also found on mobile-top-bar.php NAV element. Why?) The navigation.php already adds the accordion functionality to the UL so I don't see the point why the attribute is included in the NAV. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Deleting the data-accordion-menu attribute from the NAV enabled Off-canvas on my project.
