Describe the bug
'Aside' cannot re-open after closed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://va-demo.okami101.io/admin/users/
Click on 'Create' button
Aside opened
Close aside
Click on 'Create' button again
Aside not opened
