Shariff Plugin for OJS versions 3.1.1/3.1.2 and OMP version 3.1.2

This release updates the Shariff plugin to OJS versions 3.1.1/3.1.2 and OMP version 3.1.2. Its also adds locales for Danish and Arabic.

Attention: If you use the packages "Source code (zip)" or "Source code (tar.gz)" that are automatically created by Github you have to rename the plugin folder to "shariff". No automatic installation will by possible from within OJS with those files. For automatic installation from within the plugin gallery use the provided "binary" files.
