Drawing Preview Requires Hard Refresh to Update #11285

Describe the bug
After updating the drawing, the preview reflects the changes only after performing a hard refresh.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Drawings in the PatientPage
  2. Update the drawing.
  3. Check the drawing preview—it still shows the old version.
  4. Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R).
  5. The updated drawing is now visible.

Expected behavior
The drawing preview should update dynamically as soon as changes are made without requiring a refresh.
