Relocating DrawingTab to the FileTab section

Describe the bug
Move the DrawingTab component into the FileTab section so that it is grouped logically within the file-related functionalities.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Patient details page
2. Click on Files
3. Add Drawings into the Add Files section
4. Remove the Drawings tab nearby

Expected behavior
Add a new tab "New drawings" in the "Add files" tab and display the files in the same page
