  1. Updating the slug doesn't redirect to the new slug URL
  2. Question index in the error starts with 0 Value Error: 'questions.3.questions.0.questions.0'
  3. Clicking on a nested question in the navigation doesn't expand the parent question

Hey @amjithtitus09 , Could you please share reproducing steps and ss for 2nd bug, as admin credentials are not available now, so setup backend locally with no data
