Wanted to ping @shiftkey, @ryangribble, and @haacked on this as I know you were contributing pretty recently.

❤️ I know you have a ton going on. I know this isn't your main focus and you have very little bandwidth. I am willing to help on this to whatever extent you're comfortable. If there are steps you perform for a release, I'd be happy to undertake them in order to get this out the door. ❤️

I know there have been some shifts to Octokit .NET support and direction but it would be great if we could get a v0.51 release.

My PR for supporting repository topics (#2246) was merged a year ago on Feb 25, 2021 (after beginning it on Sept 8, 2020) but I am not yet able to use it and I've seen several others request the functionality as well. It's already in main; just needs to be pushed in a package.

Hey @nickfloyd -- I just noticed that Octokit put out 0.51.0 on April 27th! 🚀 🎉

You may want to check out the new release and then close this.
