TranslateLoader interface not exported and UseLoader missing #41

Currently it does not seem possible to provide custom loaders because the interface is not exported and TranslateService is missing a UseLoader method to initialize a custom loader.
Should be easy and quick to fix.

This has been added in 1.8.0 !
