Tutorial detailing how to plot a timeseries of Ocean Color at any location.

Make a tutorial of how to get PACE ocean color data (mostly point to Eli's previous tutorial here).
Then, using Hypercoast package, plot out a nice looking time series of the hyperspectral color data at any location.
Add in easy to change parameters such as cloud cover, time slices, etc.
No match up with other datasets.
